Hole's Gift Card and Credit at Hole's programs are designed as an easy way for you to manage your balances here at Hole's.

Gift Cards and Credits will be subject to identical terms and can be used in the same ways.

To check your balance, you can:

  • Provide your card to any cashier at Hole's
  • Call us at 1-888-88HOLES

Terms & Conditions

They can be...

  • used to purchase any quality products at Hole's Greenhouses & Gardens.
  • used for phone orders/personal shopping.
  • used immediately after activation.
  • added to or consolidated with other Hole's cards.
They cannot be...
  • used for online orders.

Lost or Stolen cards

If your card is lost, stolen or damaged, contact Hole's immediately. We will freeze the amount on your card and reissue you a new one at no charge. (You must present your receipt or the 10 digit number on the back of your card and also provide identification.)

Things to be aware of...

  • There is no expiry date associated with either program with the exception of
    all Full House Lottery and other donated gift cards.
  • All Full House Lottery Gift Cards will expire on July 31, 2007.
  • Terms and Conditions subject to change without notice.
