What's New
The week of August 30
Moving into Fall
Fall Mums Bulbs Perennials
Gorgeous fall mums are everywhere. Their frost tolerance makes them perfect for late season colour. Bulbs are still arriving this week. Look for tulips, irises, daffodils and ready mixes. Make your garden explode with colour next spring! Lots of perennials are still available this week at 25% off. An inexpensive way to enlarge your garden.
Fall Colour 'Cherry Bomb' Barberry The President
Looking for great fall colour. Why not try the 'Bailey Compact' Cranberry? This showy shrub turns bright red in the fall. This barberry gives you its best all year. It has bright yellow blooms in May and June, deep crimson-coloured foliage in summer and its berries add winter interest. Try it as an accent, in borders or small hedges. There are still lots of beautiful Hybrid Clematis available. Just look at the exquisite blooms of 'The President'.
Prestige Orchids Kaffir Lilies
After being pinched a few weeks back, the poinsettias are beginning their second stage of growth. In indoor plants, orchids are arriving every week. This 'Darth Vader ' Oncidium has a dark bluish-magenta patterned star with bright magenta purple lip. Originally from South Africa, Kaffir Lilies are easy to grow and can grow into a rather large house plant. They tend to flower in late winter & early spring.
