Whenever a customer calls Hole's, the call is routed through our phone computer. This helps avoid long wait times during peak seasons.
Our call centre now handles customer orders as well as plant questions. The computerized system allows us to look up past orders and more, making ordering even smoother .
No matter what product, our trained staff take great pride in 'picking' and 'packing' the best we have to fulfill orders.
Whether its a huge order of 300 poinsettias, or an intimate gift of a bouquet, all plants are carefully wrapped and packaged with care instructions.
At this time of year we have 4 vans working to make sure order arrive on time, but we offer delivery throughout the year in our heated cube van.
