What's New
The week of February 11
Love is in the air A great selection Speaking of roses...
Tired of roses? These tropical arrangements have all the scentiments of Valentine's and still give you the option of something just a little different. The floral designers can make up something special for you or you can browse our great selection of Valentine choices. The first roses are in and potted, with lots of room for plenty more.
Knifophia Ready for Mother's Day Up Close and Tender
These Red Hot Pokers spent the winter in the cold frames and have recently been moved inside to start warming up for the spring. These roses were planted up in deck pots and moved into the main growing range. The heated floors and higher temperatures will make sure these bushes will be in full bloom for Mother's Day The roses in now are all tenders (orange tags) --over 300 varieties to date--and will be automatically watered by these drip lines.

Woodlands New tourists Pots anyone?
The garden centre has a great woodland display featuring frogs, toads and other cool ornaments. 14,000, unrooted cuttings of Designer geraniums came in last Thursday from Costa Rica. They are now all sitting in oasis blocks rady to start rooting. For those of us anxious to start potting, the garden centre is now starting to receive shipments of new pots and containers.
Spring has sprung
These carnations are among the first seedlings up. It sure brings the feeling of spring to the greenhouses.
