As the seeds arrive at the greenhouse the mailorder staff are gathering orders and beginning to ship them to our mailorder customers
Another new piece of equipment this year will be this plug transplanter. It will automatically push the plugs through a seedling tray into a flat of six packs below--we are looking forward to seeing it do its stuff.
With a limited greenhouse space and 6 months of planting ahead, the planning phase of the spring is most critical. Every square metre of space is allotted and a massive dance is choreographed to insure we have the right plants at the right time.

Under Cover
Hanging baskets are watered by overhead hoses with drip lines. We are currently replacing the emitters in the front greenhouse. The new emitters will offer us better control over waterflow, ensuring baskets get the same amount of water.
Bottom heat and a fabric cover will start the rooting process on these newly arrived Celebration New Guinea impatiens.
