What's New
The week of March 19
Think spring and come for a visit!
More and more bulbs are arriving and we now have a good selection of gladioli and tuberous begonias available. Even though the snow is still here, the floral designers are keeping us all in the spring frame of mind with some simply stunning arrangements. We also have a nice selection of orchids in stock like this gorgeous phalaenopsis.
The indoor plant area is looking great with an awesome variety of tropicals in all shapes and sizes, like this intriguing money plant. Hole's has always prided itself on only carrying top quality tools. Now, 5 times a year, Jim Hole will be writing a gardening tool review for Gardening Life magazine. We are carrying a new line of containers this year and one of the colours available is this unusual bronze shade.
Behind the Scenes
Since Hole's started out as a farming operation, we have our own shop which is a great help when it comes to making new displays and keeping the place in top-notch condition. There are many many different jobs at Hole's and most of them, like working in the soil room, involve getting ready for the several million plants that will soon be growing in our greenhouses. This time of year is very stressful for the warehouse staff as product arrives weekly, but, until the weather warms, sales remain at winter levels.
