Bright Arrivals


Brilliant pots absolutely set off these bromeliads. Check out the other brightly coloured pots that have just arrived.	Mini-orchids in a variety of colours are available this week. The sunny yellow of this one is especially refreshing.	Rabbit's foot fern gets its common name from the furry rhizomes (resembling the feet of rabbits) that spill out from the pot. Just in time for Easter.



A menagerie of watering cans awaits discovery in the garden centre. The seated elephant has already proven to be the favourite.	Avian-themed giftware is also popular this spring.	Another eye-catching display features glossily glazed dishes in bold colours.
Behind the Scenes


This rabbit looks a bit forlorn all by himself. You'll find him looking more robust once the plants in his moss-lined frame start to fill out.	It was a bit of a challenge to get these Rex begonias into the ezgro baskets without lopping off their heads.	The "hair" (a.k.a. succulents) atop these head-shaped containers is growing out nicely.
