Something Unusual
Trailing Snapdragons 'Mystic Orange' Mimulus Cosmos
The 'Luminaire' trailing snapdragon are ideal in hanging baskets. An unusual choice for your patio or balcony. This plant will thrive in almost any area of the garden. Its large flowers resemble grinning monkeys, hence the nickname 'monkey flower'. Looking for something for hot, dry sites? Cosmos 'Sonata' or 'Cosmic' make the perfect choice. Cosmos has lovely, daisy-like flowers that make great cutflowers.
Tree Peony 'Renown' Globeflower 'Funny Face' Rose
Tree peonies are known for their large, fragrant flowers. 'Renown' caught my eye with its huge copper-red blooms. Perfect for moist, woodland gardens, pond sides or shady borders. For more blooms make sure to cut back after flowering. This tender shrub rose has semi-double, pink & white, 10 cm flowers. It blooms continuously and has a light fragrance. Making it a perfect deck rose.
Carefree Wonder 'Rosy Lights' Azalea Asiatic Lilies
Carefree wonder has been one of my favorites this year. Ask our staff about this award-winning shrub rose next time you visit us. This spectacular, spring-blooming shrub is hardy in northern gardens. 'Rosy Lights' is known for its fragrance and great fall colour. Asiatic lilies produce an abundance of flowers in July and August. They are very hardy and pest resistant giving you the chance to enjoy gardening without a lot of fuss.
'Emerald Triumph' Viburnum 'Empire Red' Salvia Sun Rose
Viburnum or 'Wayfering Tree' are excellent as a screen, in borders or in a large shrub bed. In the fall their leathery leaves turn a rich red. A unique border plant. Makes for a showy display when mixed with yellow marigolds or Dusty Miller. These evergreen to semi-evergreen perennials are good for the front of border, or a rock garden. Their long blooming period makes them ideal as a focal point in the garden.
