What's New
The week of May 28
A great time to garden!
New this year is Tri-lights azalea, a great looking azalea hardy in our chillier climate. The Bedding plant area is mixing it up a bit this year with hanging baskets featuring Osteospermum, Diascia and perennial Huechera. For those rock 'n roll fans out there, be sure to pick up some 'Jethro Tull' coreopsis.
The nursery is full to the brim with great selection in shade trees, fruit trees, shrubs, evergreens and more... The succulent containers that we started a couple of month ago with rare and unusual echevaria look simply stunning and are all ready to go. This is the best time of year too be exploring the perennial area with it's broad selection and ever-changing blooms.
Behind the Scenes
Recreating Eden Before After
HGTV's Recreating Eden is here filming this week, working on a show about Mrs. Hole. It will likely be aired next season. Hole's does a lot of work this time of year working on planters to keep Edmonton and St. Albert looking good. This is what we start with... And these are what we'll ship out after they have a week or so to settle in their new pots.
