What's New
The week of October 25
Pumpkin Patch is still open, poinsettias, indoor plants.
Pumkpin Patch Poinsettia Growing Holly Point, Cortez White.
Our Pumpkin Patch is still open (even with all the snow), and there are lots of $5 and $3 pumpkins still available. The front greenhouse is where all the early poinsettia varieites are. This will also serve as a shipping area in December. Next you'll find the Hollypoint, Cortez White and other novelty poinsettias in this area. Tomatoes and other vegetables are housed in here during warmer months.
Main Growing Range East Urns Main Growing Range West
The Main Greenhouses 1-5 are used for indoor plants such as amaryllis and hibiscus and of course elegant Cortez Red poinsettias. Behind the Indoor plant area, we house all the large poinsettia urns. When fully grown, these urns are truly magnificent. Looking to the west through greenhouses 5-17 you'll find a continuing sea of poinsettias. The girls were busy hand watering this morning.
Indoor Plants
Coleus Amaryllis Calamondin Orange

I didn't realize you can get them in the colder months. Wow! 'Orange Souveriegn' Amaryllis are now on sale. Buy 3 or more $9 each. Visit our Indoor Plant area for more great deals this week. Bring the tropics inside with a Calamondin Orange. These plants are an evergreen shrub or small tree which can be easily grown indoors. It has white fragrant blossoms followed by 1" miniature orange-like fruits that have a strong, tart flavor.
