The Last Update of 2001
We'll be closing over the Christmas Break, so this will be the last what's new of 2001...see you in the new year.

Elusive...

Polly is the newest member of the Hole's family. This 4 month old Cairn terrier is an elusive subject as she is always moving in high gear around the greenhouse(obviously trying to learn the business!).

Xmas light...

This unique candle holder will shed a little christmas light on the holiday season.

From Holland

These amaryllis bulbs were shipped from Holland especially for our customers.

Centerpieces

The is a great selection of holiday arrangements and centrepieces to help decorate this festive season

Sound Ideas!

These gongs have been a favourite of our younger customers. A great idea but not for those of us who believe silence is golden.

A little different

This year try a Mumsettia; a unique combination of mums and poinsettias.

 Christmas figures

These garden ornaments make great gifts and add a personal touch to anyones garden.

The change of season!

As the greenhouse empty of poinsettias they are already beginning to fill up with a new crop of the next season's plants --like these Cineraria!

Nasty's

The first of the nasturtiums have been moved into the headhouse. These heirloom varities are only propogated vegetatively and have been in the cold frames at cool temperatures. After the first new flush, the greenhouse staff will begin to take cuttings for next seasons crop.

Paperwork

The snow isn't the only reason the greenhouse staff don't like the winter. It's also the time of year they have to catch up on a year's worth of paperwork. Of course its all worth it when the orders are confirmed and the plants start arriving...
